day 9 after operation

Well I´m back and I´m also motivated to write some stuff. The last two weeks were really hard. I had to change my hospital of Logrono to got operated in Valencia before New Year.(in Logrono the hospital they had no time) While I had my operation on the 30th of December, I couldn´t go to visit my mum and grandma in Lanzarote.
Today it is nine days after the operation. The operation was ok. Everything ok, the hospital in "la Fe" has got great chirugans. Now I have in my shoulder a strap that fix everything.
Yesterday it was a hard, I had my appointment with my doctor.
He said "no sports for 2 month and probably more..." It was a really cruel to hear that.
Shit, I love sports. My life is sports.

Well everyday I´m looking for something that cheers me up, it can be everything: a walk with my dog at the beach, get internet, a haircut, looking at friends going windsurfing, meet with some friends, go for a coffee with my father.......or just only chill out. There are so many things. So everyday I put myself something to motivate me.
It is really hard feeling that I recive moving only one arm. You need a lot of help at the beginning to menage. On these days you think about how important it is that the most important thing in your life is that you are healthy and feel happy.
Today the sun is shining, but it is really cold outside. But I´m happy, cause the sun is shining at my balcony.

Further on I will put a photo of the day.

Thanks to all who cheer me up
