SUP ( Stand Up Paddeling) esta de moda
Este post se dedica a la nueva moda el SUP! Lo bueno del de este deporte es que tambien lo puedes practicar en flat water porque no necesitas necesariamente una ola para divertirte.
Y con eso este deporte se va destiguiendo hasta en mi ciudad cerca de Frankfurt.
No solo eso igual que en Münster un par de chicas llevan un club en donde ofrecen calases de SUP
En Hamburgo se celebra los Jever Classics apartir del 27 de agosto!
Quien esta alli merece la pena de verlo!

3 Weeks of Karma
After 3 WeekS at the Mosel, doing some rehabilitation for my shoulder, I´m really happy and relaxed!
It was some kind of strange for me to do that but the experience was good.
Sometimes you don´t have to go far away to have a nice place to relax, it even can be at home in your own garden.
Y manana me voy al paraiso mediterraneo. Y muchos viajes por la Peninsula Iberica.....Let´s go for the bulli tour.
