Todays Book: Surfers Workout

On Sundays I will present a book or something interesting.
While I´m sitting in a cafe (cause I´ve got  no internet) and it is too loud to work in other things, I will present something.
Today the book is about surf.
It is a real good one if you want to train your body while the sea is far away.
The exercieses are really usefull and you can train all muscles.
I ´m training with it and the exercieses are really good to build up the musceles. You only need a gymnastic ball and the theraband and some time.
